Muddle 2 slices of jalapeño (gotta give the devil his due). Add 2 oz mezcal (pour extra if ya sleeping with Satan👹), 1 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz simple syrup or agave, 1/2 oz beet juice, 2 dashes ginger bitters and shake with ice (shake em real good 😈). Serve over ice or in a chilled coupe and garnish with chili peppers 🌶 🍹🍸
