Whisky and black tea: the best way to warm up & chill out on a rainy Friday night
Muddle 3 ripe peach slices, add 2 oz whiskey (I used Wigle organic rye), 1/2 oz lemon, 1 1/2 oz sweetened black tea (I used Lakanto monkfruit to sweeten), 1-2 dashes of lemon bitters (optional; I used Scrappy’s black lemon bitters) and shake with ice. Serve over ice and garnish with peach slices 🍑
