Muddle ginger, add a pinch of rosemary, 1/2 oz grapefruit, 1/2 oz lemon, 1 oz monkfruit syrup (1:1 water & monkfruit sweetener by Lakanto, 1 dash of lemon bitters (I used Scrappyβs Bitters, 2 oz Prairie Organic vodka and shake with ice. Fine strain over ice and garnish with grapefruit peel. ππ
