Celebrated the holidays early with two of my favourite people Jay Leaf-Clark & JJ Leaf-Clark by making this delicious peppermint bark espresso martini πŸΈπŸŽ…πŸ»!


It’s super easy and can be made a variety of ways! Just shake with ice 1 oz cold brew/chilled espresso + 1 oz peppermint cream liqueur + 1 oz vodka for 10 seconds, strain into your favourite holiday glass, and garnish with shaved peppermint bark or candy cane!


I used Copperworks Distillery vodka (which has fabulous vanilla taste to it without any additives or flavourings). For the liqueur, you can make your own, buy one (such as Rumchata peppermint bark) or substitute 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps & 1/2 oz white chocolate liqueur (To make it plant-based & sugar-free I made white chocolate liqueur from Boozy Kooties but with Evolved white plant-based keto chocolate & I made my own peppermint schnapps by mixing 10 oz allulose syrup from Wholesome, 1 cup silver Crusoe rum from Greenbar Distillery & 1 tsp peppermint extract) πŸŽ„


To make a non-alcoholic version shake with ice 1 oz Nutpods peppermint mocha creamer, 1-2 tsp honey (depending on sweetness preference), 1 oz Seedlip Spice 94 & 1 oz regular or decaffeinated coffee (cooled). If you can’t find Nutpods substitute the honey with peppermint simple syrup & replace creamer with 1 oz coconut milk or half & half ⛄️
