A bright & happy negroni to celebrate my bright & happy mama Dr. Caroline Leaf!

Stir with ice 1 oz turmeric tea-infused gin (I infused Prairie Organic gin with Pique turmeric tea), 1 oz amaro (or your favourite bitter—I used sustainably-made & woman-owned Fast Penny Spirits Amaricano Bianca) and 1 oz white vermouth (I used Lo-Fi Aperitifs). Serve with or without ice and garnish with an edible flower 🌻

To make this non-alcoholic stir with ice 1 oz Dhos Spirits gin, 1 oz Lyres Spirits apertif dry, 1/2 oz Ghia aperitif, 1/2 oz turmeric tea (serve cold—you can add sweetener if desired for a less bitter drink) 🍸
