Summer Glow
Muddle 3 slices of ripe mango. Add 2 oz blanco tequila (I used the sustainably-produced & woman-owned Mijenta Tequila), 1/2 oz orange juice, 3/4 oz lime, 1 pinch of turmeric, 1 dash of cayenne pepper (optional), 1/2 oz simple syrup or agave (add more if you want a sweeter drink; I used the natural sugar-free allulose sweetener from Wholesome) and shake with ice. Serve over ice, add a splash of sparkling water/club soda (optional; I used Topo Chico) and garnish with lime or an edible flower. Optional: add a salt rim (a hibiscus salt rim works well with this drink!)🌸
To make it non-alcoholic replace the tequila with Seedlip Grove 42 🍹
