Watermelon Sugar High

Shake 2 oz watermelon candy-infused vodka (I used the low sugar, plant-based watermelon sours from Smart Sweets & infused it in 1 cup King St Vodka for 3 days, shaking regularly), 1 sprig of mint, 1 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz simple syrup (I used the sugar free one from Lakanto) and shake with ice. Serve over ice and garnish with mint π±. Optional: rim with Tajin.
