One True Pearing
Is there any better way to celebrate being a pair than with a pear? π₯π
Muddle 2 slices of ripe pear (I used an Asian pear). Add 1 1/2 oz sage-infused gin (I used Bainbridge Distillers Douglas fir gin and infused the bottle with muddled sage for 3 days), 1 oz lemon juice, 1 oz simple syrup (I used the natural sugar-free sweetener from Swoon), 1 dash of lemon bitters (I used Scrappyβs delicious black lemon bitters) and shake with ice. Serve over ice, add a splash of cava or prosecco (I used a low sugar natural Spanish cava from Dry Farm Wines) and garnish with pear or an edible flower πΈπΈπΎ
