Muddle 2 slices of cucumber. Add 2 oz gin infused with butterfly pea flower tea (I used the gin from Bar Hill Gin), 1 oz simple syrup (I used the sugar-free one from Lakanto), 1 oz lemon juice, 3 basil leaves and shake with ice. Fine strain over ice and garnish with basil or lemon 🍋 .
