Muddle 4-5 cucumber slices, add chili pepper slices (to heat preference), 3/4 oz celery juice, 1 oz lime juice, a few drops of saline solution (I dissolved 10:1 water to salt by weight and used 2 drops in this cocktail), 2 oz mezcal (or you can do 1 oz blanco tequila & 1 oz mezcal), 1 oz simple syrup (I used the natural calorie-free one from Monin) and shake with ice. Strain over crushed ice and garnish with a chili pepper 🌢
