Shake with ice 2 oz butterfly pea flower tea-infused gin (I got the flowers off Amazon and infused Greenbar Distillery CITY gin for a few minutes) with 2-3 dashes of lemon bitters (I used the black lemon bitters from Scrappy’s Bitters) and 1 1/2 tsp sage syrup (I made this from Swerve zero-calorie sweetener over low heat, no boiling). Strain into a chilled martini glass, express lemon oil over the top and garnish with sage 🌱
