Infuse your favourite gin with your favourite tea (I infused 1 bottle of Bar Hill Gin with 4 tablespoons of the organic turmeric & ginger tea from Trader Joes for 3 days). Pour 2 oz of the infused gin over ice and top with your favourite tonic water (I used the calorie-free tonic water from Zevia but I also love the ones from Fever Tree Mixers 🍹
