Ultima Pina Colada

Looking for a way to enjoy the last of these warm summer days as you head into the weekend? 🌞 Ultima’s delicious new Piña Colada electrolyte packets have got you covered, especially if you blend them with rum, pineapple & coconut to make a refreshing, sugar free piña colada cocktail!

Blend until creamy 2 frozen chunks of pineapple (you can also use fresh pineapple if preferred), 1 1/12 oz white rum, 1 oz lightly sweetened rooibos tea (to make this I used a ratio of 2:1 chilled rooibos tea to sweetener of choice—I used monkfruit sweetener to make it sugar free), 1 pinch cinnamon, 1 cup of ice, 1 packet of Ultima Piña Colada, 1/2 oz lime juice and 1 oz coconut cream (preferably unsweetened). Garnish with coconut, lime, pineapple or an edible flower!
