Muddle two ripe pineapple chunks, add 1/2 oz orange juice, 2 oz blanco tequila (I used 123 Organic Tequila), 1 oz lime juice, 4 sage leaves, a tiny pinch salt (optional), 3/4 oz simple syrup or agave (I used the sugar-free natural syrup from Swoon) and shake with ice. Serve over ice and garnish with sage or pineapple. Optional: salt rim 🍹🍹🍹
