Secret Admirer

You could wait around for a secret someone to send flowers and love letters, or you could get your thrill from this cocktail. A luring combination of rosewater, lemon and vodka with just the right amount of heat to leave you tingling with excitement and thirsting for more.

Muddle 1 slice ginger, add 1 oz lemon juice, 1 slice red chili pepper (without the seeds for less heat), 1 oz simple syrup, 2-3 drops of rosewater (depending on taste preference), 2 oz King St. vodka and shake with ice. Serve over ice.
