This light, refreshing cocktail is the star of any brunch, especially with just 3 g of sugar and under 150 calories🥂💃🏼

Muddle 2 watermelon pieces, add 1/2 tsp lemon juice, a splash of rosewater and shake. Fine strain into a chilled coupe, top with sparkling rosé (I used Biokult organic rosé secco) and garnish with an edible flower 🌹
