The Angry Unicorn
Muddle two slices of ginger. Add 2 oz white rum (I used Novo Fogo organic silver cachaça), 3/4 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz simple syrup (I made this using Swerve zero sugar sweetener in a 1:1 ratio of water and sweetener, dissolved over low heat with 1/8 tsp xanthan gum for thickness, but agave nectar also works well in this recipe!), 3/4 oz grapefruit juice, and 2-3 pinches of purple edible cocktail glitter (I used the natural edible glitter from Snowy River Cocktails) to the shaker and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Serve over crushed ice in your favourite tiki mug and top with club soda (optional) 🎭🍹
