‘An endless fountain of immortal drink/ Pouring unto us from the heaven’s brink’

Muddle 3 sage leaves. Add 1.5 oz of the delicious moonshine from Saint Luna Spirits (made with locally sourced grains & charcoal filtered ✨), 1 oz lemon juice, 3/4 oz honey syrup (or 1 oz simple syrup if you prefer), 1 dash lemon bitters (optional—I used the black lemon bitters from Scrappy’s Bitters) & shake with ice. Pour into a chilled coupe and garnish with an edible flower 🌸 🌙
