Sour Candy

Shake 3/4 oz dry vermouth (I used Lofi Apertifs), 1 1/2 oz vodka (I used Fair Drinks organic quinoa vodka), 1 oz sour green apple syrup (recipe below), 1 dash of lime bitters (optional—I used the one from Scrappy’s Bitters), 1/4 oz lime juice and shake with ice. Serve in a chilled coupe and garnish with apple or edible flowers 🌸 🍸


Sour green apple syrup: over medium heat dissolve 1/2 cup of sugar (I used the natural sugar free one from Swerve Sweet) in 1/2 cup distilled water, add 8 drops of green apple flavour (I used OOO Flavors), 2 drops natural green food colouring (I used the one from Whole Foods 365 Products) and 1/8 tsp citric acid. Cool before using 🍏🍬🍭
