Muddle basil. Add 1/4 oz absinthe (I used the one from Wigle Whiskey), 1 oz lemon juice, 1 3/4 oz lemon-infused vodka (I used the meyer lemon-infused vodka from Crop Vodka), 1/2 oz simple syrup (I used the calorie-free one from Swoon), 1/2 oz fresh apple juice, a pinch of fresh tarragon and shake with ice. Fine strain over ice and garnish with basil or tarragon 🌱🍸
