Whether you celebrate Easter or not, this springtime riff on a paper plane will have you hoppin’ 🐇🌷

Shake 1 oz whiskey (I used Bainbridge Distillers’ Battle Point whiskey), 1 oz fresh carrot juice, 2-3 dashes of orange bitters (I used Scrappy’s Bitters), 1 oz amaro or bitter liqueur (I used Lofi gentian liqueur) and 1 oz fresh lemon juice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon peel or carrot 🥕

To make this non-alcoholic, leave out the bitters, replace the whiskey with Seedlip (all three flavours work well so play around with what you like) & the amaro with Ghia 🐰
